Tuesday classes at Amitie are always busy and my students are extremely prolific.  The are, by their own admission, unable to stop!  The oft heard comment from non-quilters  "how many more are you going to make" falls on deaf ears.  Many men and women spend hours and hours on the golf course and no-one says, "how many more games are you going to play".  I rest my case.

  1. Love your golfing analogy, from a mad woman who went all out buying fabric at Amitie today. Lovely star quilt, great text fabrics. I'm hanging out to make a pincushion like this one, the embroidery is really sweet. Add to my "to do" list.

  3. I couldn't agree with you more. And someone can always use a quilt to cuddle under.

  5. I've just found your blog through some of the ladies doing the museum medallion quilt. Absolutely stunning! When are you going to come over to North Wales to teach ;). Failing that can you tell me which of your stockists are likely to ship to the UK. Or do you sell an as e-patterns?
    Thanks

  9. Gorgeous quilt and I agree! Can never be too many quilts - we change our sheets often enough - why not our quilts too!
